Westminster's Communication program links practical skills with theoretical principles, providing an exciting adventure in humanistic inquiry. The faculty bring a unique combination of scholarly research and up-to-date professional expertise to the classroom. Our well-equipped computer and graphics labs provide the same tools used by most real-world organizations. Students are encouraged to maintain a portfolio of their academic and professional accomplishments, and to complete at least one internship. Students have worked with organizations Microsoft, YWCA, Mountain Fuel, Nevada Wildlife, Franklin Covey, and others. What Else?The Communication Program offers an academic major leading to a B.A. degree, as well as an academic minor. You may also benefit from working on our campus newspaper, "The Forum." |
