Westminster Psychology Program Our Psychology program takes you on a journey of scientific inquiry into the fascinating realm of the human mind--of human behavior and its determinants. If you study Psychology, you will be prepared for graduate studies in Psychology, a career in social service or research, or many other related fields.

Our faculty represent a unique combination of life experience, active research, and academic achievement, with specialization in several complementary branches of Psychology, including Social, Cognitive, Biological, Clinical, Developmental, Anthropological, and Experimental. Saturday seminars and special courses taught by working professionals strengthen our connection with the community. And we are eager to help students find internship/Senior Project opportunities like the following: clinical or developmental organizations; prisons; junior/juvenile facilities;social service agencies;community/volunteer organizations; faculty research projects.

What Else?

We offer an academic major and minor in Psychology, leading to a B.S. degree. We also have our own chapter of Psi Chi Honor Society, and encourage membership in other scholarly and professional organizations.
